The fight between Punisher and Multi-Fractor rages on. Punisher is able to overpower Multi-Fractor but that soon changed when the group of the corrupt cops helped Multi-Fractor. With the help of his friend Matt Axel Punisher is able to defeat Multi-Fractor but he refuses to cross the line and kill the corrupt cops. Matt takes over the controll over Punisher's suit and shoots the cops. Punisher blames Frearmaster for making him cross that line. Meanwhile Fearmaster hires the team of Ninja Nostras to bring Punisher down.
